    Typically your filter should be changed every 3 months. If you have pets or severe allergies, Then you might need to change them every 1-2 months.
  • How often should I schedule a preventative maintinance?
    It is recommended to have your unit serviced twice a year.
  • What should I do when?....."There was a storm / powersurge and now my A/C unit is not working""
    A) Check the breakers for your indoor and outdoor units are not tripped. B) Turn your thermostat to the off position for 30 min. Then set it back to the desired mode and temperature. If the unit is still not working after this, please contact us to schedule a service call.
  • What does it mean when water is dripping from my air handler?
    This is a sign that: A) Your condensate drain line is clogged B) Your evaporator coil has frozen over. Please Contact us for a maintenance or assesment.
  • What do I do if my unit is not working and my thermostat has no display?
